How do I open a wholesale account with W.S. Industries?

Complete our wholesale account application online. You'll need your business information and a valid resale or seller's permit number. Applications are reviewed within 1–2 business days, and approved accounts receive wholesale pricing, full catalog access, and a dedicated account rep.

What do I need to qualify for wholesale pricing?

A legitimate retail or wholesale business — such as a nail supply store, beauty supply store, distributor, online retailer, or salon with a retail section — and a valid resale/seller's permit issued by your state. A Federal Tax ID (EIN) is helpful but not required to apply.

Do you sell to the general public?

No. W.S. Industries is a wholesale-only supplier. Our prices, catalogs, and account support are reserved for approved trade accounts. If you're a consumer looking for our products, ask your local nail supply store — many of our retail partners carry the Fiori line.

What is the relationship between W.S. Industries and Fiori?

Fiori is the professional equipment brand of W.S. Industries, Inc., founded in 1995 in Santa Fe Springs, California. Our towel warmers, sterilizers, pedicure spa chairs, and head spa systems are sold under the Fiori name. Same company, same warehouse, same team.

Where do your products ship from, and how fast?

All orders ship from our warehouse in Santa Fe Springs, California. Because we hold deep inventory, orders typically ship within 24 hours of being received. Freight quotes for pedicure chairs and large equipment are provided by your rep.

Is there a minimum order?

Minimum order requirements are confirmed at account approval and vary by product category. Orders over $10,000 qualify for free shipping. Your account rep will walk you through minimums and case quantities for the lines you carry.

What payment terms do you offer?

New accounts typically start on credit/debit card terms. Net 15, Net 30, and Net 60 terms are available to established accounts upon review. Indicate your preferred terms on your application and your rep will confirm what's available.

Are your towel warmers really made in Taiwan?

Yes. Our steam towel warmers and core equipment lines are manufactured in Taiwan to W.S. Industries' own specifications — they have been a company signature for decades and are exclusive to our distribution.

Do you offer replacement parts and support after the sale?

Yes. We stock towel warmer parts, spa replacement parts, and furniture parts, and every product is guaranteed against material defects and faulty workmanship. Assembly and operation manuals are available on our Downloads page and on each product page.
